Before joining Coda Story in 2021, Becky spent 20 years as a foreign news producer for the BBC. She covered everything from conflicts and coups to tsunamis and droughts. Whilst based in South Africa she produced the award winning podcast series ‘Blood Lands’ (Prix Europa, 2021), and BBC News’ first virtual reality documentary films: Damming the Nile (winner of the Rose D'Or prize 2018) and Congo VR. Since joining Coda she’s been the senior producer on Coda’s two documentary series for Audible - ‘Undercurrents: Tech, Tyrants and Us’, and ‘Captured: The Secret Behind Silicon Valley’s AI Takeover.’
