Ketevan Ebanoidze plays a key role in building strategic partnerships
that bring bold ideas to life. Through ZEG, she has helped create one of
the region’s most dynamic international festivals, curating global voices
and overseeing the event’s full scope, from building partnerships to
communications and on-the-ground organization. At Impact Hub Tbilisi,
she leads a thriving community of entrepreneurs and innovators,
designing programs that support social impact ventures, early-stage
startups, and foster entrepreneurship across Georgia.
With a background in media, communications, and public sector
leadership, Ketevan has spent over a decade turning ideas into action,
whether by organizing large-scale events, launching accelerator
programs, or connecting local ecosystems with global networks. Her
work is driven by a belief in collaboration, creativity, and the power of
storytelling to drive change.
