Frankie Vetch

Frankie Vetch is a staff reporter with Coda, based in Istanbul. He writes about surveillance and disinformation with a focus on transnational repression. He joined Coda in 2022 after completing a masters in investigative journalism from City University. He was previously a researcher and investigator at the Uyghur Tribunal, an independent investigation into China’s treatment of its Muslim populations. His journalism has appeared in the Times, Prospect Magazine, openDemocracy among other publications.
